Course Content:
-Legal, workplace and community considerations
-Recognising and responding to emergencies
-Performing CPR on adults, children, and infants
-Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
-Recovery position and aftercare
Performance Criteria:
-Perform uninterrupted CPR for 2 minutes on a manikin (adult/child/infant)
-Use AED according to manufacturer instructions
-Follow DRSABCD protocol
-Demonstrate infection control procedures
